Executive Summary
Dairy Farm Group (DFG) began as a small business and they expanded to over thousands stores and these expansion bring the difficulties regarding the overhead and profit margin. They enlisted two consulting firm to present business renovation ideas so that DFN can retain its old glory.
Therefore the major objectives is to integrate and manage utilities in a proper manner in which the complete integration of the system across all department will happen with others concern like effective storage of transaction data, sharing information between stores and delivering technological service which can help to ensure seamless flow of information.
To manage a project redesigning of information system plays an important role to deliver the outcome of a team with the group of people who are going to manage all the project role like System Design, Risk Management, Business Analyst, Programming, Quality and Training, all these activities should be completed within the time frame of 10 weeks from 25th July

Redesigning the software development process in an effective way helps in solving many problems.
