The target population for the study was Senior High School students in the Kpando Municipality. The accessible population for the study, however, was all students in Kpando Senior High School and Kpando Technical Institute. Both are mixed gender schools with students from different socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds in the Volta region of Ghana. According to data gathered by the researcher, the total number of total students in the two schools for the 2014/2015 academic year is about 3153 (Records of the schools, 2014/2015 Academic Year).
Finally, many thanks go to the love of my life, my childhood friend, my sweetheart, and my wife, Nice Adufutse, who has proven to be a firm pillar of support to me all the way through my studies.

Nigeria has become the fastest growing country in Africa, its coastal ports are the heart and soul of its economy. Since its creation by the British Empire, there has been a civil breakdown and conflict among its tribal leaders. However, their religious understanding between Islam and Christianity has kept them at peace amidst themselves throughout time. The last few years, the government has developed itself into a functioning federation, the people are able to notice how outside influence has improved their daily lives.
I would like to start off by thanking everyone for attending this occasion with us. None of this would have happened without the help and guidance of Allah (SWT). I also would not have made it if it weren’t for some very special people in my life who gave me the strength and encouragement to carry on when I needed it. The present example of Nigeria Education system, especially the Tertiary Institutions has been an issue of sensitivity to the general public, government organizations, companies, educationists, investors (home and abroad), graduates and diverse establishments. This paper took a gander at the present state of education as far as the admission process, educational modules, academic staff, students, funding, facilities, industrial collaborations, roles of government agencies and how it has affected the quality of graduates produced that has ultimately led to an increased level of unemployed graduates from Nigeria Tertiary Institution.
