Author Bill Bailey retired from the army and now runs the founder’s blog. Bailey writes about the Necessary and Proper Clause. In his blog he explains the clause for both the Federalists and the anti-Federalists points of view as well as the key issues of this clause. This blog is very detailed and easier to understand than any other website, articles, or books that I have found. This blog is important to me because it goes into detail explaining the Necessary and Proper Clause whiling making the information easy to understand for laymen like myself.

David Engdahl is a professor of law at Seattle University School of Law. This essay tells of the Necessary and Proper clause in depth. Engdahl’s paper is very detailed and written very professionally but it is full of legal jargon. The article provides me with a generous amount of information.
