English has played an important role in our society through the world in these days . As English is the most spoken language around the world, there is no doubt that many people can communicate in English. Although some countries were not colonized by the the United States and the United Kingdom, some of the citizens can speak English because the influence of western culture. In addition, there are four major skills in all languages which are reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Poetry is one of the vital language skills that is used for describing the emotion and feeling of the author. To define, poetry is a type of writing of literature that uses aesthetic and rhythmic language. This essay will focus on the reign of Elizabeth I , William Shakespeare’s background , and mention about “ Macbeth”, which is one of Shakespeare's’ famous play , and some parts of Sonnet 18.
