The facilitator of the CBT introduces the new concepts, educates, explains the steps, assist the client with identifying triggers, and utilizes interventions. Through rapport building and engagement practices the therapeutic conditions is created. Through problem solving therapy the client h defined problems, brainstormed, generated solutions, and analyzed what went wrong.
