In order to do this effectively, Angela should plan for each child, taking observations and get to know both the children well. It is essential not to discriminate for any reason, and offer an inclusive environment and treat everyone equally. Meeting the individual need of every child is important as this ensures they are receiving the best possible care, their rights are being met, equal opportunities are given and an environment is provided that lets them grow and learn at their own pace. The rights of every child are paramount and when this principle is acknowledged, an inclusive setting is offered where everyone is treated equally and with respect.

1.4 How did you meet the child’s needs, which you have identified when completing your observations?
5. Why is it critical for a parent to be involved in their children’s education?
Do you know what the dead cannot do? See. Hear. Choose anything. The dead cannot comprehend the light. Because they are in darkness. Utter darkness. Jesus said to the educated lawyers and doctors you will die in your sins. Why? Because they did not believe or recognize Him. He said, you are not of my sheep. Who the Father draws, will come to Him, and those who come to Him, He will in no wise cast out. How are they drawn? Through belief in The Son, the work of God. To whom He hardens, He blinds, lest they should believe and He should heal them. But if they don't believe they are condemned of Him already being made vessels of wrath. But those who believe, He has had mercy on, that they have been given the power to become the sons of God. Only
The short story is about a Sunday walk in the country taken by a young boy and his father. Written in first person, it appears simple in nature, but it is actually a more complex story that is depicted by the author. In his story, “ Father and I”, Paar Lagerqvist uses imagery and symbolism to say that although as children we have unwavering faith in our parents and that our world basically revolves around them, at some point as we grow, we realize that there is more to life than this sheltered world. The story begins on a perfect, bright Sunday afternoon. A father and son wave goodbye to the mother who is preparing supper, and they head into the woods to enjoy the sounds of the birds and adventure by the railroad tracks. As the young boy and his father are admiring the beautiful songs of the finches and warblers, a train comes rushing along the tracks. Although the train came buzzing by quickly enough to startle the little boy, his father saluted the familiar conductor and re-established the peacefulness of the Sunday afternoon. As dusk begins to fall, the child begins to feel uneasy about being in the darkening woods. The young boy’s fear grows, but his father remains calm and collected. Then out of nowhere a mighty roar of a black train tore through the abyss awakening the two out of their quiet state. The black train pierced through the night at a frantic speed and the father tells his son that he did not recognize the driver. This added to the son’s uneasiness and

With both parents working, this segment needs some sort of provisions for the care of their child. Having both parents as professionals, they are ambitious with the development of their child and are willing to pay to get the best program for their prodigy.
What may be the most noticeable characteristic of these parents is their over involvement in their child’s academics. They see their child’s school work and academic activities as something that is for the child and parent together instead of for the child alone (How Not to Be a Helicopter Parent). Therefore, when the child does not do well on any given thing, the parent feels guilty as if it were their fault that the child failed (How Not to Be a Helicopter Parent).
Bruni quotes the President of the National Center on Education, Marc Tucker, “ Our students have an inflated sense of their academic prowess. They don’t expect to spend much time studying, but they confidently expect good grades and marketable degrees”(par.25). From a young age we need to teach these children you succeed from hard work. Many parents have been exempting their children from test and are expecting them to learn? In order for kids to be able to learn what they need to, parents need to allow them to deal with the difficult times.
When a parent does a child's homework, is that parent doing the right thing? Libby has a big project due and she needs her dad to do it for her. Libby thinks her dad should do her school project for her so she can get a good grade. Her father believes it would be better for Libby if he lets her fail. Libby has All-State championships coming up for basketball and college scouts will be there. If she doesn’t get a good grade she will be unable to participate in the championships. Libbys dad thinks that parents shouldn’t do their children's homework and that failing teaches you to be humble. Parents doing a child's homework doesn’t teach them anything.
Family involvement plays a major role when helping students prosper in the school setting. In order for children to be successful, as a teacher, we have to provide support to the parent’s to make an effort in wanting to play apart in that success. Communication plays a major part in the effective relationship between families and school. Giving the parents a sense of idea as to how their child is doing in school is built through the student’s academic needs.
analysis of the effects of this to the performance of the individuals and since they make a sizeable population of the college indicate that long term goals of the institution are being compromised and to avoid this, it would be appropriate for action to be taken to try and minimize the problem which would be setting up a daycare that is close to the parents and is properly managed even if they are to pay for the costs incurred by their children.
