Flamethrowers are beneficial to the war although some people believe they are too destructive others believe it is an efficient killing machine, the first modern flamethrower was brought into the war to surprise the enemy, and it was feared by many as a weapon of torture and pain. It is easy to think that the tank mobilized World War I first, but in all reality the flamethrower caused a significant amount of mobilization. When a soldier sees or feels a large cloud of flame coming at them rapidly, they will end up moving no matter what their orders are. Due to the dangers of flamethrowers the front lines started moving. There is a lot to the history of this weapon and the first time it was used was an extreme shocker, not only that, but the damages from it was so horrendous
