What drives people to undertake missions is because they want to accomplish something they want and take the risks for it. For example The Song of Wondering Aengus he saw this girl and she left and he took the risk of never stop looking for her. Also in The Hobbit Bilbo had to take a risk of going on a dangerous adventure. And finally in The Other Side of the Sky Farah Ahmedi wanted to cross the mountains to get to Afghanistan to be safe but could not because of the guards and had to take a risk.
In The Song of Wondering Aengus he was fishing outside one night. And he caught a Silver Trout and when he laid it on the floor. He went to blow on the fire flame but when something rustled on the floor. It called his name (Aengus) ,it had become a glimmering girl. Who called his name and then ran. And in his own words he said "I will found out where she has gone ,And kiss her lips and take her hands and walk among long dappled grass And pluck till time and times are done'. Meaning that he will never stop looking for her until he finds the glimmering girl. And that is also a risk to take to get what you want.

Because Bilbo didn't know them so he didn't want to help them and go on an adventure with them. And more and more dwarfs showed up at his door and messed up his house for dinner. But then they cleaned it up really nice and fast. But Bilbo doesn't want to go because he does not like taking risks and they told him that he might not come back and that it is very dangerous the next morning he decided to go on the adventure and help them, so he took a risk on that to get what they
What drives people to undertake a mission?Well Ernesto Galarza, Forah Ahmedi, and Buck have to undertake a mission.Lots of people undertake missions.
To undertake a mission means to set a goal for yourself means to set a goal for yourself to accomplish. People are determined and work hard to reach their goals. For example, Farah Ahmedi climbed a mountain on a prosthetic leg to reach freedom. Aengus traveled long and hard to find love. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi was determined on killing the snakes and saving his new family. These characters had different reasons for pursuing their goals and doing what they did. Ahmedi wanted freedom, Rikki-Tikki wanted to protect his new family, and Aengus was set on finding love; however all three shared the determination to accomplish their goal.
A hero is somone who is brave and selfless Bilbo Baggins is the epitome of a hero. According to Joseph Campbell “17 Stages of the Monomyth,” there will be a call to adventure. From the very beginning of the novel the narrator makes it clear that going on adventures is something that hobbits don't engage in. However, Bilbo after refusing to at first decided to go on the journey. Going on the journey he left his comfort zone put himself in danger, and potentially lost respect from all of the other hobbits. Like the typical hero in literature he made a sacrifice in order to help the dwarves. In many ways Biblo differs from heroes in Greek and Roman mythology. I noticed the vast majority of the heroes in Greek and Roman mythology tend to be warriors,
Why do people undertake missions? Farah Ahmedi and Annie Johnson had to undertake a mission to survive and Ernesto Galarza had to learn a new language and a new culture. Although they don’t have the same mission they have the same purpose to complete their mission. Lets get into this great heroes completing their mission with no mistakes.

He was loyal to the dwarves throughout their journey. Bilbo did not leave them, even when he had the opportunities and the rights to go back home. For instance, after he escaped the goblin’s cave, the dwarves did not know where he went. Bilbo could have easily slipped away, but instead, he searched for them. He could have traveled home, Bilbo missed his home very much, but he thought about how the dwarves have been trying to return home for many, many years.
What drives someone to undertake a mission? Maybe the desire to discover, or learn something new, like a new skill. Also, in some cases, longing for something better can be drive someone. Three good examples for undertaking missions are Ernesto Galarza, Farah Ahmedi, and Billy Colman. These three people show determination, bravery, love, confidence, and dedication during the missions they have undertaken.
Many people undertake missions, but why? Most are looking for what they most desire, to prove themselves, to achieve their long lasting dreams and goals, and changing their lives from the difficult to the simple. For example, Farah Ahmedi, went through all of these challenges to reach freedom, Aengus went searching for true love, and Rikki- TIkki Tavi wanted to prove himself and protect his “family”.These characters had different for doing what they did. Ahmedi was determined to survive any circumstances, while Aengus wanted to find the girl to have true love, and Rikki-Tikki wanted to be a true mongoose, killing and eating snakes. However all three were able to go through these obstacles and reach their goals.
What drives you to undertake a mission? Better yet how does a mission make you feel? Although undertaking a mission would result in never losing hope, responsibility, and working hard. With this in mind believing you could do it and accomplishing a goal is very important. On the event that this relates to my thesis statement because this is a result of never losing hope. With the intention about this also being related to my thesis statement because this proves responsibility accomplishing a mission and completing it. Seeing that also working hard could be undertaking a mission and make you feel amazing. Sooner or later many people think that undertaking a mission is very complicated and they don’t think they could accomplish
But Bilbo still tried to make the dwarfs let him join them on the mission. So the dwarfs let him join because they needed someone that is smart and can steal things really well. So on the adventure he
In chapter 6, ¨Out of the Frying-Pan into the Fire,¨ the goblins give us as readers yet another reason to dislike them. To emphasize what I mean, it states, ¨Fifteen bids in five firtrees their feathers were fanned in a fiery breeze!... O what shall we do with the funny little things? Roast ´em alive, or stew them in a pot; fry them, boil them, and eat them hot?¨ (Tolkien 106). In this song sang by the cruel goblins, you can really see their hatred for the dwarves and anybody who is friends with them. Throughout this book we have grown very close to the dwarves and especially Bilbo so for the goblins to sing this song directed to them, it really made the audience a bit frustrated. One certain part of the song is when they mention that they
What drives us to undertake a mission? What would make you undertake a mission? Many reasons, maybe it was escaping a country, like Farah Ahmedi when she was escaping Afghanastan with a prospetic leg, or maybe it was to claim their neighbors stakes before stampeders did, like Walt from "King of Mazy May." Some missions just need to be conquested.
First, Bilbo and the dwarfs have very different feelings toward Rivendell. Bilbo loved Rivendell when he visited it, even though they knew a great deal about him and he had never seen them before. He loved elves and he also loved the great food there too. The dwarfs had a different aspect toward Rivendell, and it was one quite different than Bilbo’s.
What drives people to undertake missions? For example, Ernesto wanted to learn english, go to school, and not give up so Ernesto came to America to go to school, learn english, and not give up. Annie Johnson did not give up and Annie made her own business and without this business Annie would not have money and would not be able to handle her childrens. Monica had more responsibilities to do because Monica wanted a little brother. Individuals are driven to undertake missions because for example one of the motivation of the first story was to learn english and go to school and be successful, another motivation was to make money to support a family, and the last motivation was that someone wanted a little brother.
