There are Christians who believe that Feuerstein’s internet fame is going to his head, and that his behavior is becoming less Christian like as a result. Garret Glass, a Christian author, describes an instance in which Feuerstein called a bakery that caters to homosexuals. Glass writes that the owner of the bakery hung up on Feuerstein when he ordered a cake that specifically said “we do not support gay marriage” (1). Glass also mentions that, following this call, Feuerstein posted the bakery’s address and phone number online, causing the bakery to suffer a sudden influx of bad reviews concerning their product and staff. It is becoming increasingly difficult, if not impossible to handle a controversial situation properly in today’s society. Sometimes, whether or not action is taken in an instance, people will still complain and come out against those involved. A clear example of this can be seen in the recent events unfolding in the University of Missouri. Several racially controversial issues are being addressed in the media, and people are taking sides. Perhaps one of the distinct stories is the story is the appearance of a swastika in one campus dormitory hall. This incident is causing a vast amount of backlash, especially amongst the African American student body.
