In an organization or company, manager want to hire employees whom they trust to get the work done. No employer wants to employ someone who is not trustworthy. In society, each one wants to work with someone who is reliable in the community, whom other people respect; this is what ethics is all about. It is very important in business that people understand the ethnicity of the environment; everyone has to treat people just the way they want other to treat them.
