The Importance Of Discovering The Beagle-2

In this group project, I played the role of information giver as well as the initiator. I completed the task I was assigned to providing the information on my part. Secondly, I initiated in starting the google docs, where the whole group can work together towards submitting the final project. I started with transferring all the rough drafts into one document where the group can together elaborate and edit the project. Lastly, I took the initiative in keeping the group on time for completing the project right on deadline.

This project was the assignment of MGMT:2100 I took last semester. I was working as the manger for the project. My duties were the creation of project schedule, the job assignment, the leadership of our group meeting. Whenever I was performing these duties, I encouraged them to voice their opinions first and then made decisions that everyone were satisfied with. To ensure that everyone is on right track, I sent reminders and the meeting materials to them prior to our team meeting. This project has taught me that working with other people can sometimes be a hassle. It is not exactly easy to send the same message to different people. One person can take an idea and expand on it while another person could dismiss the thought all other. When I work alone I don’t have to worry about what anybody else thinks but myself. Plus, trying to find something that we all have in common or that we all like is very tricky. But at the same time, the differences that we all bring ends up making a product much more unique than if only one mind had put the whole project together.

The weather was now good and the Beagle is ready to sail, today is the 26th of December. Unfortunately, the opportunity was lost because of to the entire crew being either missing or drunk from the celebrating christmas.
