In this group project, I played the role of information giver as well as the initiator. I completed the task I was assigned to providing the information on my part. Secondly, I initiated in starting the google docs, where the whole group can work together towards submitting the final project. I started with transferring all the rough drafts into one document where the group can together elaborate and edit the project. Lastly, I took the initiative in keeping the group on time for completing the project right on deadline.

I worked cooperatively with Dania Ortiz and Kassandra Concepcion to do my Senior Footprint project. I made a google document and shared it with my group members. In addition to this, I assisted with inputting some of my own pictures into the document. We each cooperated with our ideas, such as coming up with advices and the order in which the advice would go. I sent multiple song ideas to Dania Ortiz that we could utilize for the background music of the iMovie. Furthermore, I took initiative and assigned the days that we would work on the project. This project was the assignment of MGMT:2100 I took last semester. I was working as the manger for the project. My duties were the creation of project schedule, the job assignment, the leadership of our group meeting. Whenever I was performing these duties, I encouraged them to voice their opinions first and then made decisions that everyone were satisfied with. To ensure that everyone is on right track, I sent reminders and the meeting materials to them prior to our team meeting. I was also responsible for a part of the writing and the revise of final draft.

The project had regular meetings with the team members. These meetings were used to evaluate the progress of the project. At these meetings we evaluated the project. We also discussed how to proceed in order to plan our upcoming activities.
