In this group project, I played the role of information giver as well as the initiator. I completed the task I was assigned to providing the information on my part. Secondly, I initiated in starting the google docs, where the whole group can work together towards submitting the final project. I started with transferring all the rough drafts into one document where the group can together elaborate and edit the project. Lastly, I took the initiative in keeping the group on time for completing the project right on deadline.

This project was the assignment of MGMT:2100 I took last semester. I was working as the manger for the project. My duties were the creation of project schedule, the job assignment, the leadership of our group meeting. Whenever I was performing these duties, I encouraged them to voice their opinions first and then made decisions that everyone were satisfied with. To ensure that everyone is on right track, I sent reminders and the meeting materials to them prior to our team meeting. I was also responsible for a part of the writing and the revise of final draft.
I wrote the process paper, did the planning, wrote/recorded these windows (Point to windows), found the pictures, made the exhibit, and took my own notes and made my own bibliography. Cameron Took his own notes and his own bibliography and helped a bit with

The Beagle is a breed of small to medium-sized dog. A member of the hound group, it is similar in appearance to the foxhound, but smaller with shorter legs and longer, softer ears. Beagles are scent hounds, developed primarily for tracking hare, rabbit, deer, and other small game. They have a great sense of smell and tracking instinct that sees them employed as detection dogs for prohibited agricultural imports and foodstuffs in quarantine around the world. Beagles are intelligent but single-minded, and popular pets because of their size, even temper, and lack of inherited health problems. Although beagle-type dogs have existed for 2,500 years, the modern breed was developed in Great Britain around the 1830s from several breeds, including the
It was myself, David, Brittany, and Desiree. We thought that four people was a good amount because we were dividing up what to do and our ideas. We all came up with our thesis of the project, and who our stakeholders were. Wrote down tax payers, school districts, parents, and teachers. Incorporating four specific ideas or premises behind climate change we hope to be able to educate those stakeholders briefly about: How the people negatively affect the environment such as air and water, How effecting the environment will later on effect the crops, which then will affect the animals because they can only survive on the crops and lastly, these animals will affect many humans because as you know not everyone is a vegan and meat consists and many daily
This project has taught me that working with other people can sometimes be a hassle. It is not exactly easy to send the same message to different people. One person can take an idea and expand on it while another person could dismiss the thought all other. When I work alone I don’t have to worry about what anybody else thinks but myself. Plus, trying to find something that we all have in common or that we all like is very tricky. But at the same time, the differences that we all bring ends up making a product much more unique than if only one mind had put the whole project together.
The weather was now good and the Beagle is ready to sail, today is the 26th of December. Unfortunately, the opportunity was lost because of to the entire crew being either missing or drunk from the celebrating christmas.
