The Florida Gators 2019 recruiting class has gotten off to a scorching hot start, already reeling in 12 commitments from players around the country. According to multiple national recruiting sites, Coach McElwain and the Gators currently hold one of the top classes in college football. Three-star prospect Andrew Coker, a massive offensive lineman that bolsters a frame of 6'6 and 335 pounds, is one piece of this class and he talks about his decision, potential recruits joining him, plus more here. The Decision During the first weekend of June, Coker was visiting the Florida campus on an unofficial visit, just a few weeks after he received an offer. However, the following Monday, Coker had seen and heard enough. He knew the …show more content…
"Lucas is another offensive lineman that could join this family. I feel like he can be a real threat with us," Coker said. Lucas is a Miami lean at the moment, but with signing day still over a year away, Coker has plenty of time to pitch his message. The message Coker relays to these prospects is the same pitch the coaching staff gave him. "I tell them it is a family down here and at one point, you have to realize that every school has the flashy gear, the fancy stuff, and it's going to look good, but you have to be comfortable with the people around you," Coker said. When Will Coker Visit This Fall? Originally, Coker had planned on visiting this weekend for the LSU homecoming game. But, with his game being late on Friday night, he is doubtful he will be in attendance. He isn't sure which game he will be attending now, but he sees Florida State as a likely visit. Whenever it may be, Coker is excited to head back to his second home and reunite with his future coaches and teammates. Junior Season Update So far, during the first three games of the season, his team sits with a 1-2 record. A third of the season is through, but Coker sees a different result for his team the next 6 games. "Unfortunately, we couldn't be on top in two of those games. We played some good matchups in our first three games. We are looking to move forward and finish the season 6-0," he said. Coker is currently working on a few skillsets to elevate his game, and
Washington whom taken over the reigns as the Aggies head football coach; has been the defensive coordinator for the Aggies and has establishes himself as on of the best defensive minds in all of college football. Since Washington’s arrival in 2012, the Aggies has never finished outside of the top 30 in total defense nationally. Even better, under Washington the Aggies defense has been no. 1 in the conference twice, has had the no.1 run defense four times and on two separate occasions the Aggies ended the season being the No.1 scoring defense . So for Washington, this Spring Game served as an opportunity to instill his mark on the team collectively, and to focus on player development.

"We know that we are not making the playoffs, we just played our hearts out and played for Prospect," Jarosz said
Have the SWAC and HBCUs lost their swagger? To get a handle on this, consider that Alabama had four players drafted in the first round this year, a number equal to players from Historically Black Colleges and Universities taken in the last two years – all four coming from the Mideastern Athletic Conference. The only player taken this year was Christian Thompson, a safety from South Carolina State selected in the fourth round by the Baltimore Ravens. Since 2005, only five SWAC players have been drafted.
“This is a team that hasn’t given up," WVU head coach Randy Mazey said. "As a coach you say that all the time. You encourage them to never give up. To have a team that actually never gives up, that’s a fun team to coach. I’d hate to stop coaching these guys. I’d hate for the season to end just on the sole reason I love being around them. It’s a great character group, a great chemistry group. They’re a bunch of great baseball players. They’re fun to be around. I would hate for it to stop now.”
"Our corners have had a few good practices, especially Hakeem Bailey," defensive coordinator Tony Gibson said. "He's a guy that keeps making play after play. He's got some picks. He's got some nice pass breakups. I think he's doing a really good job. Elijah Battle is solid, doing everything he needs to at this point. Mike Daniels. So we got some guys. Corey Winfield is a new addition. He's learning and I think hopefully as we get deeper in camp, he will be able to make some more plays for us. Trying to bring some young guys along, too."
College football’s National Signing Day commenced Wednesday, further highlighting Harbaugh’s impact on the recruiting trail. According to seemingly every outlet (ESPN, Rivals, 247Sports, Scout.com), Harbaugh has branded Michigan with a top 10 recruiting class in 2016. Harbaugh’s biggest splash of the day was the commitment of No. 1 overall prospect Rashan Gary, a defensive tackle from New Jersey that was at the top of just about every player rankings
“Sunny and 75 with bright blue skies today is a great way to start off the college football season”, says a sports analyst on the tv from a tent in the tailgating section. Walking down the strip peeking through the trees seeing a glimpse of the arena reminded me of a modernized colosseum. Approaching the main entrance greeted by a metal statue and a stadium with a dark shade of brick with countless of doors and glass windows. Many Lovie Smith propaganda is seen around the stadium along with the array of Illinois gear. “Welcome to Memorial stadium, it’s game day for your Fighting Illini”, said the announcer. My stomach dropped for the fact that college football is officially back.

In my previous years I hadn’t been as committed to my development as I should’ve, and now wish I had been. I made a vow to myself after that game to get serious. It was time to step up as a leader on the team, and show everyone that I had it in me to be great. I couldn’t suffer another season like the past three: promising signs throughout the entire regular season, but continuous disappointment in the postseason.
Despite all of the progress that has made towards equal opportunity, discrimination is still a major problem in the United States of America. A relatively new phenomenon, titled genetic discrimination, occurs when individuals are discriminated against on account of their genetic information. On May 21st, 2008, the GINA Act was passed, making it illegal to refuse to provide employment or health insurance to individuals based on their genetic information in all U.S. states and territories. Title I prevents genetic discrimination in health coverage, while Title II prevents genetic discrimination in employment. Title I took effect on May 21st, 2009, and Title II took effect eighteen months later on November 21st, 2009. With the GINA Act, it is
With the Christmas tournament aside, we entered the post-season without a loss. We had a plan for each playoff game from districts to regional. We never deviated from the plan, keeping our eye on the target –
In the case, background in 1990’s China Government open beer market to foreign investor. China is a huge, future potential market, a lot of foreign brewers enter to the Chinese market and making multi million dollar investment on production facilities as well as labor market. However a few years later most of the foreign brewers were still running at loss. On other hands the local brewers with untrained management, problematic human resource and poor quality product and weak marketing capabilities was winning in this beer wars.
