I have compiled an extensive resume of leadership experience including one term as Student Government President, an appointment by Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf, to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Board of Governors, along with holding a seat on a Non-Profit board of directors. While sustaining leadership positions on campus, I was able to play NCAA Division II Golf, maintain honors status, and complete 4 internships. I believe that my leadership responsibilities and team experiences have truly given me the character to embody the NFL Values of responsibility, respect, integrity, and resiliency. We are a new youth football organization in the city. We formed our charter in May of this year, and we are known as Asbury Park American Youth Football (AFY). We participate in the largest league in the New Jersey, which also includes the shore. We have about 62 boys and girls participating in football and cheer on three (3) teams: Mighty-mites, Jr. Peewees, and Peewees. We practice at the high school and play our home games at the Stadium: our first game is versus Brick in two (2) weeks. We are an organization that is transparent and solely place our participants first.

When informed about this assignment, I immediately knew that I wanted to do an organization that was closely linked with basketball. In result, I choose to do the organization of the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are a prestigious organization that has been one of the greatest organizations of the NBA (National Basketball Association). After furthering my career in basketball, I would enjoy working for a sports team as a marketer or at a division one school as an athletic director.

The real fact is moving process is notoriously expensive. So the people are confused about how they could move into a new place without droping a tons of cash in the process? If you aren't fixing a budget for your moving, then it could cost you more in the long-run.

     Possibly those who are most effected by the sport’s industry’s willingness to abandon a community are the dedicated fans. When Al Davis moved the Oakland Raiders to Los Angeles, he pulled away from some of sport’s most loyal fans and also hurt his football team. The NFL’s Colts and Cardinals have also had failures on the field since their moves. These three teams are proof that all the greed that was put into the moving of their franchises hasn’t brought them more success or in some cases less success.

At New Milford High School, I will belong to the community of Green Wave football for the duration of my life. As a player, my footprint is not simply measured by the amount of wins our program had during my three years on varsity, but it is measured in the complete revolution of the program under Coach Badaracco’s direction. My freshman year, the football team was a bit of a joke, a meeting ground of players who lacked dedication and work ethic, who continuously were being suspended from school, doing drugs, and partaking in other nefarious activities. When Coach Badaracco was hired, he looked to me to lead. He continuously asked me to display what a proper athlete should look like, someone who excelled in the classroom and was active in the community.

Finally, the main reason to move myself to Texas is my parents lives there. If I move to Texas, I am near to my parents which can increase my moral support and I can feel more attached with them. As the days passes, they are growing older. Therefore I can help them with their health issues and I can take care of them. My parents are retried so i don't need any babysitter of my kids. And my kids can be shower with all love and care of their grandparents.

I have dreamed of becoming a team manager for the NFL team Dallas Cowboys. Initially, I wanted to pursue a career in team management. Being a team manager, I would work to develop relationships between the coaches and players. An important part of that would also be working with parents of the athletes and protecting the career path of each player. I think it would be an excellent opportunity to share my history and knowledge of athletics as well as personal experiences. The thrill of controlling all the teams finances and coaching staff is something I have always dreamed of. Being able to live my mark on the team forever. It was hard as a teenager being forced out of are home. We were forced out our home because Anderson signed the Removal Act on May 28 in 1830. We started our move to Kansas on October 8 1840. We had to walk 800 to 1200 miles all the way to a place we didn't know. We only had so much food when it was gone we had to hunt for food or starve. Many many kids, parents, and grandparents died of starvation or freezing.

Before holding a first team meeting, a meeting with the coaching staff should take place. Having a staff handbook with expectations and goals set for the season. First thing that should be covered in the coaches meeting is the philosophy of the program and how each coach should believe in it and enforce it throughout the year within the program. Second, the basic principles of team should be discussed. These principles include; being loyal to one another and the program, being worthy of inspiration and confidential, be prepared and willing to learn, be able to work hard and be a problem solver, and lastly, be a servant and a peace maker. Discuss their role to the team. Obey the chain of command and be able to teach, evaluate, and motivate your athletes. The yearly schedule should be handed out at the meeting and also emailed to everyone, in the case of losing the original copy. Responsibilities of each member should be clear and in writing. Head coach must make sure that each of his/her staff members understand the importance of their role to the team. Although my parents believe that Larose is a beautiful area to call home, I have come to the conclusion that my life would be at an advantage if my family moved to Thibodaux. I moved to Louisiana fourteen years ago when my parents were stationed, but moving to Larose was a choice made because it was the halfway point between their jobs. Now that I go to high school in Thibodaux and my parents have retired from their previous jobs, I find the commute harder each year to go back and forth. If I were to move, I would get enough sleep needed as a teenager should. On average, a growing young adult should get over seven hours of sleep, but with my bus schedule, academics, and house chores, the right amount of sleep is hard to achieve. To get ready

Participating in high school football has had a beneficial impact on myself as a person. Football has prepared me for situations and scenarios I will face during adulthood. Football workouts and activities occupied almost every day from the beginning of July to the end of October. This experience is similar to a person going to work almost every single day. If an individual on our team was ever tardy for a football function, the player was punished. The game of football also taught me to face adversity; in the game of football not everything can go your team’s way, but it is the way the team meets the challenge that shows who they really are. When humans reflect on their lives they often categorize things by their location at the time of the event, grouping their college experience separately from their hometown high school experiences. This association with place causes us to view an unwanted movement as an attack on our personal way of living. I first experienced such an affront when I was in the first grade, my family and I moved to a small town about three hours away from San Angelo.
