The Importance Of Specialization In The Petroleum Industry

Context: What is the business problem? What is the specialization? Are these appropriately related?
From my review of the first article I found that the business problem is whether or not employees’ beliefs regarding employment training and the benefits of the training has any type of impact on the employees’ commitment to the organization. The specialization as I understand it would be the petroleum industry, as for the study is focused on the petroleum industry. According to Al-Emadi, & Marquardt (2007), “The petroleum industry is the focus of the study for a number of reasons.” I also discovered that the business problem and the specialization are appropriately related because the petroleum industry is the central point of the global economy and they spend millions of dollars to train their workforce. (Al-Emadi, & Marquardt, 2007)
From my review of the second article I found that the business problem is whether or not the perceptions of ethical leadership is a fundamental determinant in ethical actions of those who think of themselves as ethical leaders. The specialization as I understand it was centered around only senior level executives, such as those in government and businesses. According to Marsh (2013), “the world’s attention is focused on the behavior of leaders in government, business, social, and even religious institutions.” I also discovered that the business problem and the specialization are appropriately related according to Gini (1998), ‘‘The ethics of
