This was not commutated with staff member that receive direct deposit and on Friday over six hundred staff members were in the administration office waiting for their checks that should have been direct deposited. The lacks of communication lead to a disaster. It is of total importance as soon as decisions are made communication should filtered to its indented channels , there given proper measures of response for feed back failure to follow such measures such measures can prove chaotic case in point ,The last pay day the district’s payroll department had an issue with printing case checks or rather direct deposits. Email is the primary form of communication in most business and personal lives. I work in a school district where our primary form of communication is by email it works well because we are required to check our email frequently though out the day. Their newly hired superintendent suggested that we use the email channel for messages. When crucial confidential information is obtained, we are required to have face-to-face meetings. Because I operate in an office environment the phone lines works well for me. Communicating with the superintendent of schools is a little more difficult we have to through specified channels. You have to send an email to your building principal and they will contact the superintendent secretary who will in turn email the principal or
