For that reason, organization aims to avoid negative attitude so that employees and groups can be motivated and functional and try to control and predict how group members will react under a certain circumstance In this research, we highlighted two main issues that Saudi women could struggle in a diversity work place. He has seven years of experiences who loves doing what he does. But he holds undergraduate degree unfortunately. He decided to take his bachelor degree because his uncle assured him; he will support him to get promoted. Finally, the main focused character in the story is Sara. She is a Saudi HR coordinator who has fine experiences. She is a workaholic and ambitious person who never say no to any challenges. In the HR department, she is new and the only female. She is currently seeking to get promoted through finishing her master degree in MBA. The story began when the department uncertainty heard that the manager will be replaced soon, so the two employees were competing and doing their best to get promoted. First, the manager gave Sara boring yet unimportant tasks because from his point of view women generally can’t do the work right as men. So Sara talked to her manager to take her seriously, but he ignored her. As a result, Sara directed straight forward to the head of department. She discussed with him how her manager was treating her unequally and not giving her any attention. Being born and raised in America, I and many other Americans have been taught that we live in a country of freedom. Women and men are treated equally; every human being has rights, and you have the freedom to move at will and without restrictions. Women have come a long way in our country, gaining rights ever since the dawn of patriarchy and proving that they are just as good as men with the ability to think, speak, and act for themselves. However, discrimination of women still exists in America and many other countries, but women are taking a stand and trying to eliminate the inequality between genders, such as the difference in salaries, and the bad representation of and portrayal of women in the media.
The primary problem in this case deals with a source of tension between two employees that have recently received promotions. There are various individual factors that may be a source of conflict that the case points to; however both parties need to look beyond their own personal perspectives in order to move towards the organizational goals. In the case of Thomas Green, he certainly has a lot of maturing to do before he is able to perform well as the next stage in his career development. In the case of his supervisor, Mr. Davis, he must also learn how to help disgruntled employees fill into their position in their new roles without any personal feelings get in the way. Several observations were made as to how both employees could address the problems. However, given the fact that both employees are new to their roles, the best case solution may involve a more senior management professional getting involved and setting a good example for both employees by resolving the sources of conflict and aligning them towards organizational goals.

The study of Organizational Behavior (OB) is related to individuals, group of people working together in teams. The study becomes more challenging when situational factors interact. No two individuals are likely to behave in the same manner in a particular work situation. It is the predictability of a manager about the expected behavior of an individual. There are no absolutes in human behavior. It is the human factor that is contributory to the productivity hence the study of human behavior is important. Great importance therefore must be attached to the study.
The first country, allowing women to vote was New Zealand in 1893.The next country was Australia 9 years later and 18 years later the US finally decided to ratify the 19th amendment allowing women to vote. And almost 100 years later, after the US, Saudi Arabia decided to let the women of their country to vote. Many people think that the US took too long to make the decision to let women vote, but what do you think the women of Saudi Arabia thought when the majority of the countries let women vote but they. Saudi Arabia has very strict laws when it comes to the rights of women in fact, they only earned the right to ride a bike in 2013 and earned the right to drive this year.As a woman living in a country where women have an awful lot of rights compared to places like Saudi Arabia I feel that women’s rights in Saudi Arabia are completely unfair.
This paper will describe what are believed to be the important elements of organizational behavior and how these elements challenge the effectiveness of a private security agency. The women of Saudi Arabia have been oppressed by the men of the country for generations due to the ignorance of the people, their Islamic faith, and the government. They have no rights and they must receive permission from their husbands or fathers to work, travel, and receive medical attention. The memoir Princess: A True Story of Life Behind the Veil in Saudi Arabia by Jean Sasson, is an excellent example of the oppression of women in Saudi Arabia and the literary devices of characterization and setting help to bring the oppression to life.
This research aims to inform my audience of the prevalent gender inequalities in the workplace against women. We will analyze gender inequality at work through sexual harassment, the gender pay gap, job segregation, lack of promotion opportunities, and work and family balance. All these are factors that women have to take into consideration when opening themselves to a voluminous biased environment at work. To accomplish gender equality at work would be ideal with

The major issues in this case start with Anne not being familiar with the intricacies of politics, culture and communication in Jordan. She took a position in a foreign company in a culture significantly different from her own and did not take the time to properly familiarize herself with the host country. That is the root of the problem, but it continued to compound at her work when she did not do her part to clarify her role in the organization, ExportJordan. Anne also did not clearly understand the role of her co-workers and was not aware of the undercurrents of the situation and what was happening around her. She publicly demeaned her male assistant by giving him a derogatory nickname. She failed to notice the absence of her female coworker until someone mentioned it to her. She failed to realize that not everyone in the organization was there to further the cause of women becoming entrepreneurs and entering the business world. Nor did she seem to understand that Jafar’s influence extended beyond the company and that it unwise to anger him. The biggest problem in this whole case study is that because Anne was not culturally aware she misunderstood everything that was happening around her and her ignorance not only endangered her, but everyone she was attempting to help.

Mullins (2013. pp.4-5), “Organizational Behavior is concerned with the study of the behavior of people within an organizational setting, generally along the lines of understanding of individual and group behavior, and patterns of structure in order to help improve organizational performance and effectiveness.”

The issue of glass ceiling in Pakistan is very common. There is very low percentage of women managers on top levels in the organizational culture. People don’t realize it yet that male dominant corporate culture is ignoring the capabilities of women workforce which in result causes a huge lack of work commitment and job satisfaction.
