As requested, I took the Jung Typology Assessment. The results revealed my personality to be ISFJ (Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging). The first characteristic listed is the desires to serve others. An ISFJ is loyal, sometimes taken for granted, bad at delegating, but produces superior quality work. Methodical, accurate, and possess an excellent memory are more characteristics of the ISFJ personality type. They work well in a small group and make reliable coworkers; however, they tend to be awkward in a supervisory capacity. Throughout the process of learning about my personal Jungian typology, I was able to get in contact with who I was and what certain things mean. My Jungian typology was ISTJ, this meaning I tend to think of the consequences of a situation before engaging in a certain issue. This self-assessment stated that I am an introverted person, that is partially true because I am socially outgoing but professionally reserved. I can personally say being outgoing is not always a proper solution, sometimes being outgoing can put me in pretty awkward situations , it lead me to perform certain actions that I later regretted.
The online Jung Typology Test was a very interesting exercise. The test pointed out certain things about my personality type that I will be examining in the course of this class. It may give me some important insights into my personal and professional decisions about family, career and life. I have worked in municipal government for over 38 years. I have done budgets, human resources, and day to day supervision of several city departments. The majority of that time has been within management of two major international airports. This is so because I am quite passionate about what I do and also I have been told by my colleagues severally that I have a unique charisma that is infectious and gets people to do what they should do. I agree with these results and as of today, I am yet to see any differences compared to who I was 3 weeks ago. For example, I use motivation to provide leadership for my team. The Jung Typology Test measures four dimensions of personality by general attitude of people. The four dimensions of the personality are where a person get their energy,how they perceive information,make decisions,and how they implement information towards their goals. My personality score was ENFP. ENFP is an acronym for extraverted intuitive feeling and perceiving personality.Which extraverted meaning that I get my energy from outside sources that myself majority of the time. For example I get motivated from listening motivation on youtube. Another way I get my energy from exterior source is listening to music that has an upbeat tempo or the lyrics have a profound message. After taking the Personality Assessment: Jung’s Typology test, I got my result was introversion, intuition, thinking and judging. Although I got this satisfied result, actually I think I may not perfect as the result showed. However, this test improves my confident to figure out the coming project, because I believe I like thinking and make the project better. This test also told me that I am an introversion and intuition person. I agree with it, but I don't think it is a bad thing for people having introversion personality, because I believe whatever you are the extroversion one or introversion; you would have your own advantage. The StrengthsFinder 2.0, DISC, and Jung Typology personality assessments almost described me with the same leadership style. The StrengthsFinder 2.0 found me; Strategic, Learner, Achiever, Communication, and Maximizer. Jung Typology personality gave me ESTJ; extraverted, sensing, thinking, and judging. These three tests led me to discover myself in the area of leadership. I found myself Strategic, logical, and responsible. I am extraverted thinking working, which means my major instruction is in discovering which is logical in the actions.
To be honest I do not think I have ever taken a question are that truly said who I really am. As I was taking the Jung Typology personality assessment and the DISC, I thought why I am being asked this. After I got the results and compared both, they each show my strong and weak areas. In the DISC assessment, I learned that my highest score is in decisive. This score was not a shocker I am very demanding, forceful and determined. Going through life like this has gotten me many answers and questions that were never thought of. However, the down side to this is being forceful is hard to control. In interactive, I scored a forty-six; I am not very communal I do like to be by myself. This score just was elevated for me, right now I have to be cultural at this point in my life for the things that are going on.

The test has met my expectations as the questions cover most of the daily situations that I encounter. After taking the Jung Typology Test (JTT), my personality type result was Extravert (16%), intuitive (34%), Feeling (9%), judging (28%). The results indicate that I am extrovert over introvert. The score was 16%. There was no preference or marginal difference to intuition over judging at 6% for this result. There was a high also a preference to judging over feeling at 19 %. Therefore, it means I am an extroverted sensing with introverted feeling (Jung Typology Test. 2005).
Personality is the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character. It is something that is informally assessed and described every day. When talking about others characteristics of an individual and their personality are frequently referred to. Each personality tests has its own set of strength and weaknesses. The "Jung Typology Test" is a test designed to give an individual a four letter personality type.
Every person enters an organization with uniquely different yet equally similar personalities. Even placing four letters after someone’s name that identifies their personality type does not automatically mean they are exactly like someone else with that type. There is beauty in balance, and each person has a slightly different balance than the next. The results of my personality test demonstrate this observation, but the given descriptions certainly do strike a chord of truth within my personal and work life. It is important in a work environment to understand your own tendencies to then lead and be led by others more effectively.
The INFJ personality is known to be the world rarest personality type and often misunderstood. This type stand for a percentage of less than 2% of the overall world population according to Holm (2009), the majority of that percentage being female and some famous INFJ that can be named are Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa. My INFJ in academic and business milieu: from the past week assignment, my preferred four letters chosen base on the instructions received from Myers-Briggs type indicator were INFJ, which stands for Introverting, iNtuiting, Feeling and Judging. For this week assignment I was very surprise after taking the Jungian test to discover that my personality type fours letter were confirmed to be the same INFJ. Having my conformed INFJ profile means that in business milieu, my creativity and sense of responsibility come in first. Although as an INFJ I’m strongly introverted, I nevertheless highly care about my relationship with other individuals. At work I’m open to communication and always available when it comes to help colleagues to carry out on tasks or explaining work procedures. However, my personality type also implies that I can have sudden need for personal time away from others, which is my way to recharge and regain my energy. In an academic milieu, I’m more focus on setting and reaching my goals; I get motivated by planning in advance my studying weeks and do a lot of efforts to meet my assignment deadlines. This paper will discuss my results of the Jung Typology Test and how I can use these results to help improve my organizational behavior to strive to become a better employee, coworker and aspiring leader. God created all his children with different talents, “But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand” (King James Version) and the result of those talents bestowed upon us are displayed in our individual personalities that help shape our worldview.
