His estimable contributions lead his organization in accomplishing its strategic goals and achieving competitiveness. When knowledge workers perform in teams, they are assigned special targets to achieve within specific spans of time (Dalkir, 2005). There are certain factors that are critical for the success of these teams. If not managed effectively, these factors can put hurdles in the way of success and leave a bad mark on the team's performance.
