Procedure The key variables of the study, student competency proficiency, were based on ten core competencies of EPAS (CSWE, 2012). Total 19 competencies were included in the survey, using a six-point Likert scale. Students were required to rate their competency proficiency on the scale from 1 (very little know) to 6 (substantial amount know) on Survey Monkey. Three assessments used a uniform survey for three different times. Prior to the course, each student was required to complete the first assessment. At the end of the course, students were invited to complete two assessments, the post-test and the retrospect-test, which asked students to look back to the beginning of the course. Students were explained that their participation in the assessments were voluntary, which focuses on helping them assess their competencies from different time perspectives, as well as helping instructors improve the course. The leading instructor and the teaching assistant, who conducted the study, complied the rules of human subject protection approved by the University of South Carolina Institutional Review Board. All data were transformed from Survey Monkey platform to SPSS files. The teaching assistant cleaned the data sets, matched the data of pre-test, post-test, and retrospect-test using student IDs, and merged eligible data from six data sets of six classes into one data set. Totally 48 matched observations were used to analyze using paired t-test. Paired t-test were used to examine
It is important to ensure that we meet the need of the students on every level. One effective way to do this is to observe, assess, and record children’s efforts and progress. In this way, an educator can prepare to help a child’s progression in the class. Being able to track and refer to the progress of a child helps to ensure greater levels of success. In the end, our program is only as successful as the children in our care. Record keeping can identify areas that need improvement, and allows us to teach to their strong points.
The purpose of this unit is to assess the learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills required to promote the professional duty to maintain the currency of knowledge and skills and the need to continually reflect on and improve practice.
2) Design training: the assessor must plan and design an assessment programme which meets the needs of the learner and the requirements of the course.

In 1889 Jane Adams along with Ellen Gates Starr, as the pioneer or "Mother" of social work opened the doors to Chicago's Hull House, which provided social services that included: child care; education in history, music, and mathematics; a library, employment assistance; as well as many others to immigrant communities in the city (NASW 60th Anniversary Interactive Timeline, 2016). Today, the philanthropic work of two women has become the field of social work, with thousands of professional social workers continuing the work they started. Like everything else, the field of social work has evolved over the years to to become a diverse and expanding field. According to the text “Social Work Values and Ethics” by Fredrick G. Reamer (2013), “at its infancy in the late
Generally, when looking at each items vertically, most of the columns start with ones which indicates that this skill was easy for the higher ability students and finish with most of zeros which demonstrates that it was difficult for the lower ability students. In between, there is a mixture of ones and zeroes breaking down in the column. This demonstrates that the items in this task are suitable to use to analyse students’ ability. However, there is an irregular pattern of 1’s and 0’s for the item 1.2. The less able students could get this skill while the more able students could not get it. This may be because these students did not have this skill. Therefore, this item is still suitable to be used to assess the student’s abilities.
The study extends over serval semesters. Also, all research was complete in the testing center. The research lasted for four days that was completed over time. However, students had the option of when to take a test, and the test had no time limits. The test was multiple choice. Nevertheless, the research included the mean=.437, which is the GPA test scores, exam day -.312, exam number -.292, the statistically significance=0.000. Due to the significance value at 0.000 the null hypothesis will be rejected. The statistical correlation defined the relationship between the students. Furthermore, the dependent variable is the mean test scores, and the categorical independent variable used was the four-day test and two different courses. The researcher used to control variables. Moreover, the pairwise difference showed data of unequal numbers and unequal variances (homogenous variances) on days 1, and 3. In addition, the ANOVA analysis reported the mean GPA scores significantly different on days 1, 2, and 3. The results of the ANOVA showed a decrease in scores of students that tested later in the semester. Also, in descriptive statistics, Brown Forsythe test was completed. The scores were measured at 95% confidence interval and showed that students scored increased on the second day of
Self-efficacy, for the purpose of this study, may be defined as a person’s optimistic self-belief. This is the belief that a person can develop the skills to perform new or difficult tasks to cope with changes in health and functioning. When a person perceives self-efficacy, it will facilitate goal-setting, effort, investment, persistence, overcoming obstacles and recovery from disappointments and failures. It can be regarded as a positive outlook or proactive way to handle stress factors. It is the ability to successfully cope with health changes, and implies an internal and stable acceptance of changes and ability to successfully adapt to those changes. Perceived self-efficacy is functional in

The surveys were de-identified by name and anonymous to limit bias. All pre-and post-surveys were paired utilizing a numerical code to allow for paired T-Test post intervention. There was a 100% response rate from participants in both pre-and post-surveys. On implementation day, the post-surveys were completed in a private room, away from instructors to minimize bias.
6. Explain how you prepare the required resources needed to assess your candidate’s knowledge and prepare and maintain conditions that support the effective assessment of your candidate’s knowledge and understanding.I always prepare my resources needed prior to assessing. I ensure I have the standards I need, any worksheets or handouts needed, Planning forms, feedback forms and addition support handouts. I also take care of the learners portfolio keeping this locked up in a cupboard.I ensure that the environment is easy to work in and somewhere the learner can write or take notes. I try to avoid any distractions that may affect the learning. This evidence will be referenced to Unit 303 Assessment
Competency 1: While I was able to get a good idea regarding the culture of the school, I would like to try to get more involved in school life in order to better understand who the students are and how best they learn. Competency 2: While I believe I have developed this skill thoroughly, I would still like to improve on how I explain the course content to the students. Competency 4: The lesson plan I developed was not based entirely on cooperative learning nor was it very student-centered. I would like to learn how to write a lesson plan in which the goal of the lesson is to make the material more meaningful and authentic for the students as well as one which involves them working together. Competency 6:
Table 3 contains the one sample t-test results of during the season and after the season grade point averages. A one sample t-test was run to determine whether there was a statistically significant difference
[The body of your paper uses a half-inch first line indent and is double-spaced. APA style provides for up to five heading levels, shown in the paragraphs that follow. Note that the word Introduction should not be used as an initial heading, as it’s assumed that your paper begins with an introduction.]
I conducted paired T-test, and saw the difference between pre-test and post-test of all students, group A and B.
