Introduction: Promotion is a pivotal part of marketing mix channel and, to promote brand, product or services; traditional form of advertising is used very often such as, TV, radio, print, and online channel. According to Zikmund and Amico (2009) ‘Advertising is an informative and persuasive message carried by a non-personal medium and paid for by an identified sponsor whose organization or product is identified in some way’ (p 375). So, based on this definition it is apparent ‘message’ and ‘medium’ are important part of advertising. Due to high competitive market marketers constantly look for new, innovative and interactive ways to implement marketing mix to entice costumers. One of the latest trends of advertising these days is ‘Mobile /Phone /Adverting ‘. Overview: Mobile phones have become indispensible part of our lives. Due to increase in-demand and high dependency on mobile and smartphones, mobile phone industry has grown manifold worldwide, In Australia, 92 per cent of the population over 18 years uses mobile phones (ACMA, 2012). In the year 2012, demand of smart phones rose to 49 per cent which was 25 per cent in 2011 (ACMA, 2012) According to Fairfax Metro Mobile Research Study, 2012, 12 million of the population currently using smartphones in Australia and by the year 2015, 90 per cent of the populace would be using smart phones in Australia itself.
