Imagine living in a secret attic for more than 2 years, hearing gunshots, bombs dropping and buildings falling. Having to stay quiet for long periods of time. Also having to sleep with someone you don’t even know. That’s what Anne Frank had to go through during world war 2.
Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt Germany 1929. She was just like all the other little children except for one thing, she was Jewish. Anne had to wear a yellow star on her clothes to show that she was Jewish. When Adolph Hitler came, the family moved to Amsterdam in the Netherlands.Anne’s parents set up a company there, they made a product for woman to use to make homemade jam. Anne’s parents names were Otto and Edith Frank, and her sister’s name was Margot.Anne’s childhood was very different from the normal kids.
