Through my conversation with Yoko and Pat, I learned that we need the advertisement to increase runners’ motivation to upload their photos on our website instead. Moreover, our conversations remained me that it is important for us to have joint marketing promotions with the marathon organizers.

It’s almost time to put on your running shoes and support this wonderful local charity event that makes a difference. It is always refreshing to see so many of Ballarat’s population get behind such an amazing cause. More than 5,500 people participated in Run Ballarat last year.

Most people are usually a little intimidated by the idea of running a marathon, since it usually requires at least a few weeks of training as well as a certain mindset. However, 12-year-old LeeAdianez Rodriguez-Espada was clearly not intimidated by the Flower City Half Marathon, which she had joined completely by accident!

Museum marathon? Heavy-duty culture binge? Burning desire to to keep up with the Arts? Stimulating cultural weekends do help brighten up dreary winter, and there are always loads of events to choose from. The best way to appreciate the Arts, in the cosiest, most entertaining way, is to go to the theatre.

Every runner wore a bib number with the time they start on it. As I was running people were passing me who had started after me, and I kept thinking I was going too slow and that I shouldn’t be taking this long to complete it. Through words of encouragement from my mom and decipline mentras from myself I finished the race, I crosses the fanish line and the feeling of triumph as I crossed it was something I’ll never forget.

In a Facebook group called "Occupy Breastfeeding", she decides to share her picture with them. It seems that a lot of group members are happy and inspired of seeing her doing a half-marathon with her daughter. She said that La Leche League International, a nonprofit event that promotes breastfeeding, is the reason why she's willing to do whatever it takes to be in that race. It is her motivation that lets her go out there and participate with other runners.

In order to implement this plan, we will need sponsors for the booths and stations, volunteers to help set up and break down the run, police support, and money to buy supplies for the race. If we cannot get a water sponsor, we will need to buy at least two waters for each dasher. This will be costly, so our goal is to have a sponsor either provide the water or provide money for it. Hats off to Scott Kelly! The NASA astronaut has successfully grown the first flower in space after the zinnia plants almost died. In the late last year, astronauts noticed symptoms of extremely high humidity and limited air flow after a mere two weeks they started growing zinnias. The seed containers leaked water and the leaves became curled and bent unnaturally. However, things got matured when some of the plants grew mold around the Christmas time.

There are 57,000 grown-ups between the ages of 20 and 54 inside of three miles of the middle. That is the prime age of Florida's running group. In January's Walt Disney Marathon and 1/2 Marathon in Orlando, there were around 250 members from Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, and Parkland. That is only an illustration of the plenitude of devoted runners in the group. There are no stores in Coral Springs which offer an accumulation of "genuine" running shoes, or offer the fledgling or "less genuine" runner a quality determination and training on the best possible style, fit, and estimating for their needs.

The marathon is a good running race so I will be giving facts about the marathon and it’s past and present. You ready? The Marathon is a little over 26 miles and is one the world’s longest races. In 1900 Fred Lorz
