The amount of action happening backstage of a sport is really exhausting. There 's multiple steps and knowledge that has to be put in play. Coaches are probably the most important part of a team. They are the ones that lead the team towards the main goal. One may think that winning is the main key to success, but it is definitely not. It takes effort to be in a team but it takes a person with a lot of patience, courage, and understanding to be a coach. Taking various actions like specific skills, techniques and being an effective coach/ positive approach have a huge role in being a win-win coach.
Sports can be traced back to 6000 BC. It was said that swimming and archery were first played and the evidence was painted on caves. Baseball was invented in 1829. The first professional league was formed in 1876. Later on the game of rugby became known as football in the United States. The first game was played in 1869 between Rutgers and Princeton University. A famous coach that is still looked upon is Tony Dungy. Tony Dungy was the first African American head coach to win the superbowl . Dungy was the head coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 2001. In 2002, Dungy went on and coached the Indianapolis Colts in which he lead the to win the superbowl in 2007.
