Rudy is an African American male that was at the scene of Meredith’s murder. He an Meredith had met at a bar that night and discovered that he lived in the apartment below him. They went to her apartment and Rudy went to use the restroom. He heard screaming and immediately opened the door and said, “he saw a man and he was 101 percent certain Amanda Knox was there” (Finn). He fled the scene and went to Germany after seeing her dead and thought that, "no one would believe him. He would be a Negro found guilty”
Amanda who is the prime suspect, changed her story over and over again during the first few weeks following the murder. Her first story was that neither she nor her boyfriend, Rafaelle, were present at the apartment during the murder. She says they were at Rafaelles smoking pot and having sex ( Murphy Denis). Just five days later her story changed again. She claimed she was present at their apartment as well as Lumamna, who she claimed killed Meredith. However, during her court trial, she confessed that Lumumna was never present and that she made the confession up. Her final confession came back to the first: that she was never at the apartment the night of November 1, and that she didn’t remember much of the night because of the weed. Another thing covered in Denis Murphy’s, NBC news article was hat Amanda claimed to have returned on the morning of November 2nd and saw traces of a break in, blood on the carpet, but was not alarmed. Amanda then showered and returned to Ralealles houses. They both returned to the apartment around 12:30pm when the police showed up and broke down Meredith’s door to find the gruesome murder scene.

In The Murder of Helen Jewett, Patricia Cohen uses one of the most trivial murders during the 1800's to illustrate the sexiest society accommodations to the privileged, hypocritical tunneled views toward sexual behavior, and the exploitation of legal codes, use of tabloid journalism, and politics. Taking the fact that woman was made from taking a rib from man was more than biblical knowledge, but incorporated into the male belief that a woman's place is determined by the man. Helen had the proper rearing a maid servant, but how did she fall so far from grace. Judge Weston properly takes credit for rearing her with the proper strictness and education. Was Helen seduced at an early age and introduced to sexual perversions that were more
John F. Kennedy is one of the most widely respected presidents in American history, with a plethora of books and movies about him. One such book, probably the most popular, is Killing Kennedy by Bill O’Reilly and Martin Dugard. Killing Kennedy is a novel describing the life and presidential term of John Kennedy and his family while in office. The book also follows the brief history of Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who assassinated JFK, describing his past and the actions that could have prompted him to become an assassin. O’Reilly and Dugard have as unbiased a view as they can possibly get, telling the reader the whole truth about John F. Kennedy, good or bad. The reader gets the whole view of JFK, instead of the sugarcoated image the media has presented of him and his term as president. They portray JFK as the man he is. He was not a good husband, as unfaithful as he was. John F. Kennedy was a great president, there’s no doubt about that. But as a man, he is ruled by his libido, and controlled by his bodily urges.

Transgenders face discrimination throughout all areas of their life including their decisions to serve in the United States Military. Transgender citizens should face no limitations when they serve as a part of the military because the budget contains the money necessary to provide the services they need, it would not affect the unit readiness, and it is unfair to not provide an equal opportunity for them.
