Thailand is an amazing country with alot of famous landmarks. There are temples and castles almost everywhere. The foods are very good; and there are tons of types of food as well. The kings castle is almost entirely made of gold. Other castles are white as clouds and have remarkable sculptures. Physical features in Thailand are also beautiful, there are beaches
that are amazing and mountains to hike up and get the best view of Bangkok.
The Phetchabun mountains are a mountain range located in Phetchabun, Thailand. It consists of two parallel mountain chains, with the valley of the Pa Sak River in the middle. During the time between 1968 and 1982 the place around the mountain Khao Kho and Phu Hin Rong Kla became an occasional battleground. Doi Inthanon is the tallest mountain in Thailand. It is found in the Mae Chaem District. This mountain is a big prominent peak and was also known in the past as Doi Luang or Doi Ang Ka, meaning the crow's pond top. Doi Chiang Dao is a 2,175 m tall mountain in the Chiang Mai Province in Thailand. It is one of the tallest peaks of the Daen Lao Range on the Thai side of the border. Thailand has a lot of natural resources. The known mineral deposits are coal, gold, lead, tin, tungsten, manganese, zinc, and precious stones. The rich alluvial soil along the Chao Phraya and other rivers constitutes another important resource.
