Throughout this journal, I will be analysing the practical sessions that I managed along with my group members. The activities that we coached were Net/wall, Invasion and Striking and fielding , secondly I will be identifying and clarifying a range of teaching styles and how important it is towards pupils understanding and knowledge and how coaches develop positive relationships with the pupils so that they achieve to their highest potential.

Theme: The national curriculum in Physical Education
On tuesday me and my group coached a Net/Wall session on the Astroturf with Helen. The groups role was to deliver the main activity which meant the objective was to get the students ready to perform key techniques and skills when participating. This is very essential to the learners because if they are not completely prepped they will not implement the required skills and techniques properly meaning this will effect their progress.
First of all, my role in this Net/wall session was to demonstrate effectively the key skills on how to serve. There were two types of serves that we as group focused on which was the high serve and low serve.During the session our group was trying to gain an understanding on how to serve to the students so I repeatedly demonstrated the Activity. For example when students performed the high serve I advised them to bring the racket back in line with their shoulder as they swung the ball. Also when a student wasn 't quite
