My artwork, titled Number 27(image A), is about the change on your perspective on life. The change is portrayed through using tins, wheel rims, wire etc. Influenced by the works of Andy Warhol(which is symbolic to materials produced by society) ,he was part of the Pop Art movement which is based on modern popular culture and the mass media, especially as a critical or ironic comment on traditional fine art values. These materials also portrays how people fall into the trap of what society wants you to be like. Taking away your uniqueness and ultimately taking away your identity making you like the rest chasing artificial things like money, status and throwing you off track on the things which you should concentrate on where you strip life down to the bone and discovering the things that matter.
