Looking back, there were quite a few limitations such as; the termination scenario, the positions which the women held, pharmacy technicians, could potentially put people in harms way, adding a third condition, participants, and whether is was the "right decision” to terminate these employee. Jennifer, i think the NPTA (National Pharmacy Technician Association) would be perfect for you. This association would have to be my second choice. I like the fact that this association takes into consideration the different pharmacy settings. Eventually, i hope to also get a job in a hospital setting.
