HSMC is a private university which aims to provide all round education to students. Since that, the new major reforms should not focus on the academics or theoretical exploration only but focus on the community service. In other words, the Social and Campus Service will be the most appropriate reform to the freshmen.
Social and Campus Services are a range of public services provided by government, private organizations or university. We will require colleagues to participate the community services in weekly and use credit bearing (for example: they must attend 80% or above in the services, otherwise they can’t pass of the subject) to mandatory students to participate and avoid escaped.
