The four P’s of marketing are Product, Place, Price and Promotion (EI, n.d.). Four T Tax Service product is a tax preparation service. Four T Tax Service offers various products and services. Income tax return preparation and electronic filing and paper filing are offered. Advice on status, deductions and credits are given as part of this service. Audit protection is also offered where in the event of an audit we can assist the tax payer with the audit. The place a customer can look for Four T Tax Service is in Henderson Nevada. Since we are located in Henderson Nevada we are able to serve a community that does not have a large number of tax preparation service businesses. Promotional Strategy: Four T Tax Service will utilize a mixture of strategies to promote the company. They will gear the advertising to Henderson Nevada residents. Since Henderson is a smaller town there are less tax services available to customers. Consequently customers often drive to nearby Las Vegas for their tax preparation services. By gearing the advertising to Henderson residents this will bring awareness to future customers that they have a tax service company close by. The methods that will be used are newspaper advertising, phone book ad and billboards in the Henderson area. Newspaper advertising is a cheap alternative to reaching many people at once. The price of placing an advertisement in Las Vegas Review Journal is $370.72 per month (LVRJ.com, n.d.). The advertisement for the newspaper would only need to run December through April since that is the peak time for customers needing tax services. The CEO/ Owner should send the advertisement to LVRJ by beginning of November to ensure the cutoffs are made. Placing a phone book advertisement is a great advertising strategy. There
