Quality of the Restaurant Order: I order Vegetable Soup, Chicken Fever (stir-fried chicken with peppers, scallions, onions and cashew nuts in pik-pow sauce) and steamed rice. I chose this because chicken is familiar but I had never tried the Pik-Pow sauce. The cashew nuts seemed like an interesting choice to eat chicken with, so I told myself “Why not!” It was also spicy which was great. As for the steamed rice, I need something to accompany the chicken and I’ve never had tried it steamed. It really went great with the sauce. Simply, I tried a chicken plate which I eat all the time but with different spices and sauces. Something I was comfortable with that could bring new flavors. The vegetables in the soup where to saugy for my taste. In the other hand they had absorbed the flavors very well. The chicken was tender and well done. The taste was on point. The vegetables along with the meat were fresh and firm providing a different texture. Combine that with the rice and it really created an all-around meal. Ambience: I would give it a 7/10. The place was too dark for my taste. Yet this sort of gloomy atmosphere made the costumers slow down and take their time. There was never too much noise so you can focus on the person that is speaking to you. The decorations were ok. The chairs seemed old and had no more cushioning. Cleanliness: I would give it 7.7/10. The place was very clean except the rugs. These rugs seemed like they had never been changed or washes. You can tell
