But he is writing this because he wants parents to debate on if they should or they shouldn't get this type of software. This software is typically mostly made for teens because you never know what they are doing. So his argument on this is basically on teens on the internet. He says parents of their teen child never know what or who they are talking to. He/she could be on their social media site for example if they are on Facebook, he/she could see a picture of a girl or boy that they never met before and they could find he/she very attractive so next what happens is they start talking to them. Now that could lead to very severe problems because they don't know if it's a fake account and someone is trying to get them kill them or kidnap

Throughout this essay I will be discussing how the digital age has transformed society in many ways. The digital age also known as the information age, is the evolution of technology in daily life and social organizations have led to the fact that the modernization of information and communication processes has become the driving force of social evolution.” This is a time period in which we live in now where Internet and email are available; this is an example of the digital age. Today, technology allows us to check the weather without lifting a finger from bed by simply saying, “Hey Siri, how’s the weather looking?” When we step into our car and open Spotify, a new, personalized playlist is already curated for the morning commute. When we finally get to school or work and open Facebook, a perfect news feed that contains eye-grabbing information is waiting to be explored. These services are incredibly convenient and helpful, but we must pause for a minute to consider the consequences.

Where would we be without technology? The number of things that we are now capable of doing is infinite because of the technology we have access to. This technology is also changing the way we think, write and concentrate. Cell/ smart phones along with texting and being able to Google practically everything have all played a role in the way we think and do things in today’s society.

A smart phone that is seemingly capable of almost anything. From instantly messaging and calling people, browsing the internet, playing games, taking pictures/video, buying apps that make life easier, etc. The list goes on and on. This critique will look at current sociology research to see exactly how this
As asked by the English alternative rock band Muse in their famous song “Screenager,” “Who’s so phoney and always surrounded?” This song perfectly depicts the effects of technology on America. People are engulfed by different types of technology everywhere they go and even carry around technology such as phones, laptops, and iPods. These items may seem like a blessing, but they are potentially dividing America. Every day, eight to eighteen-year-olds watch four and a half hours of TV, listen to two and a half hours of music, use the computer for an hour and a half, and spend two and a half hours on their cell phones, two hours for texting and one half hour for talking. This adds up to eleven hours dedicated on the media per day (Crawford).
Steve Jobs once said, “Every once in a while a revolutionary product comes along that changes everything. It's very fortunate if you can work on just one of these in your career.” On January 9th, 2007 Apple changed this society by introducing the iPhone, virtually putting the world in the palm of society’s hands. IPhones provide individuals with the latest technology, allowing one to do anything from chatting with friends to measuring ones heart rate.
