There were a lot of great things that happened in the Industrial Revolution, and a lot of bad things too. Tons of immigrants came over from Europe and Asia for labor jobs. The production of steel, sewing machines, the telephone, and the light bulb were made during this time. People had to make these supplies fast because there was a demand for it all. Children, younger than 10 started to work for more than 12 hours a day and got paid less than their parents. They worked in unsafe conditions, also may have lose limbs, and their life. At a sewing mill there was a young boy who got caught in a machine and got both of his thigh bones broken and from his knee to his hip the flesh was ripped up the same as it had been cut by a knife.
