Did you know that 18% of the american population suffers from anxiety and PTSD. This is a significant subject we come across in the novel Wrecked, by E.R Frank. Following a dramatic car accident, Anna is scared and cannot function without overcoming her fears.Anna suffers from mainly panic attacks and PTSD although throughout the novel we see her overcoming her fears which brings out the best in her. Since Anna tries various ways to overcome her fears in the book, it makes her more confident and a better person.
