Margarita Flores Senior Director of Community Relations at Anheuser-Busch Margarita Flores is a senior director of community relations at Anheuser-Busch and is located at their home office in St. Louis, Missouri. Flores immigrated to the U.S. and became a resident in 1985 and has earned a degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. As a director of community relations, Flores has a remarkable role with the company. As she is explains it, "I probably have one of the best jobs in the company," Flores said. "To see the changes and impact our support provides is wonderful. That support changes families and communities. It motivates us all (Tritto, 2007)." Ms. Flores work is important because she represents a part the bridge in which Anheuser-Busch InBev connects to the global community. She is responsible for many of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and helps decide where the company's charitable contributions will be most valuable. Deciding where and how to donate back to the community is not always an easy task. There are many potential recipients that represent a charitable investment that could help a social or environmental cause. Sorting through these causes can be a complex and tedious task. An example of how Flores represents the company can be provided by her recent work with Habitat for Humanity in St. Louis.
