SNHS application essay
Being part of the Science National Honor Society has been something that I have wanted to be a part of since my sophomore year. The wonders of science is something that has always interested me. Becoming a member of the Science National Honor Society will help me learn even more about the wonders of science outside of a classroom. I also believe that being part of SNHS will help me interact with other fellow classmates that I might not interact with during the school day. It also make me more confident to speak to new people.
Although science is not my strongest point it is a subject that I have a lot of interest in. I believe that becoming part of The Science National Honor Society will help build up my knowledge
Being involved is important to me because I want to help people and make the most of my life. In life, I know that I will learn new ideas, meet new people, and be out of my comfort zone at times, and I love it; I love connecting with people and learning new information. I love being able to volunteering and see the impact that I can make. I enjoy being a part of something bigger than myself. Because of this, I believe that I would be a valuable asset to National Honor Society because I believe that I exhibit the four essential pillars necessary not only to succeed in life but also to become a member of this prestigious group.
The National Junior Honor Society and I possess a common vision. I, like the members of this Honor Society strive to make Stinson an all around friendlier environment and spread positivity school wide. I believe I would live up to be an outstanding member of NJHS because, I am exceptionally responsible, and will have an opportunity to express ways to help further our school’s reputation.
I believe i should be in National Junior honor society because i work hard to keep my grades up, I take responsibility for my actions, I join in on school events like the dances and make sure i'm polite to my peers. I show leadership when the teacher leaves the room and i decide not to mess around, listening to the teacher in class and showing up to school with a positive attitude. When i show up to school with a positive attitude i smile say good morning and i’m ready to learn.
I’m truly honored to have to have been chosen as a possible inductee, for the National Junior Honor Society, I would love to become a member of the NJHS to develop and expand my leadership skills, in addition I would like to improve my citizenship strength, this opportunity will also allow me to surround myself with other genuine students, my education is very important to me and being with other serious students will help me learn from their capabilities. Moreover, I would like to contribute to NJHS by volunteering and making my community proud. National Honors society is a club that is focused on academics. To be accepted there was a application that had to be filled out. I was accepted to National Honor Society when I was a Junior. This club really reminds me to hold myself to a higher standard and to try to do better which has really helped
I believe I should be chosen for membership into the National Honor Society for many reasons. First, I try my hardest in school and take my academics very seriously. I spend a lot of time on homework because I like to go over and make sure I understand the subject in depth. When signing up for classes, I try to pick classes that will challenge me and also classes that I think may help me in the future with my career. Before tests, I study extra on that subject so I am prepared for whatever we are tested on. There are certain subjects I struggle with more than others, so I just spend more time on learning that subject. Overall, I enjoy academics because it pushes me to do my best.
I feel very adrenalized to gain this opportunity to participate in the National Junior Honor Society for the coming seventh grade school year. In NJHS, I will be able to serve RCMS and the whole community to promote the general welfare of our people, and I will be able to garner information on the most pressing issue in our community. What I am ardent about for NJHS, is that I will be able to liaise with my peers to make RCMS and the rest of our community a better place for all students and parents to function in. I have come across many enthralling experiences throughout all my school years, and NJHS will be the perfect place for me to show what my potential is and serve my community.
I believe I qualify for membership in the National Honor Society for the reason that I love helping out with school activities and non-school activities. I find pleasure in helping out in my community and being an exceptional example for kids that may look up to me or are younger than me.
Overall, I am a devoted and well-rounded student, making me a perfect candidate for National Honor Society. Not only do I posses the four tenets, character, scholarship, leadership and service, but I am also constantly working harder and striving to be better in all four regions. National Honor Society will help me reach my goal in becoming a better student and person. In addition, being a member of National Honor Society will allow me to be an example for other students, just like the members had been for me. In conclusion, I should be a member of National Honor Society because I demonstrate excellence in all four tenets of National Honor Society.

The National Honor Society is a great way for me to be able to interact more with my fellow peers and be able to discuss solve and help with any problems we or the community might have. This organization helps me build a resume that would really appeal to colleges and sets a foundation for my college application. The National Honor Society will also give me ways to mature into a better person and be able to grow in the right path.
Being chosen to be a candidate for a membership for the National Honor Society is such an honor to me. It shows that I have worked hard in all aspects of my life to show leadership, success, excellence and service, despite the many challenges I have faced along the way. It also proves to myself that I have worked hard to maintain my grades in ninth, tenth, and some of eleventh grade while maintaining a part time job, and volunteering at a barn in my hometown.
The reason that I am interested in becoming a member of the National Honor Society is because the National Honor Society represents all of the values that I find most important in my education and life. National Honor Society requires academic excellence throughout high school. At the beginning of my Freshman year, I set a goal to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. I have worked diligently to achieve and maintain this grade point average while taking several advanced classes. So far, I have taken three classes for college credit and plan to take multiple more during my senior year. Through the course of my high school education, I have realized how important it is for an individual to develop and maintain these studious habits. I am extremely honored to be considered in being in the National Honor Society. I believe that this organization helps a lot within communities and keeping grades up. That is why I believe I should be a member. I know how to keep my grades at the highest they can be, which in my case is a 4.0. I am also largely active within my community and school. I play softball for my high school and hope to be a captain this year since I am now an upperclassman. I also enjoy helping within my community doing things such as work, clubs, and travel softball.
Science has always intrigued me. Therefore, being able to join the science honor society and explore its activities brings me euphoric joy. Joining the society would allow me acquire more knowledge about science. It would also provide me a platform where I can share my ideas on various topics in science. For my undergraduate degree, I plan on majoring in neuroscience as a stepping stone to medical school. I am curious about the brain and all its hidden potential that has yet to be explored by man. I am also interested in stem cells and their uses, and I would like to go into in-depth research about them for the science honor society project.
