These are developed through participating in various activities. This shows that the scope of physical education is now vast that can cover almost most of the requirements of an individual. The following are the major areas that come comes under the scope of physical education:

2. Games and sports
3. Self defense activities
4. Fundamental gymnastics
5. Rhythmic activities
6. Recreational activities
