The first part of becoming an outstanding leader is becoming more conscious of self by identifying your weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats. The following will outline my current and future leadership style. To analyze my leadership I will use the Seven Habits Profile as well as the leadership theory to evaluate my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and recommendations using the smart goals. The Seven Habits Profile showed that my foundational habits are very outstanding, in category one and two l scored 18 points respectively. I am great leader who is always reaching out to co-workers on personal level to create trust and confidence in me. Am always there to help them or lean on at any time because this will show how much l care for my co-worker/ follower and motivate their spirit to come to work no matter what because their leader cares. The seven Habit Profile revealed that l rank between very good and outstanding in all six categories and good in 1 category. This indicates l am a very good leader but some areas do need some improvement to make me better leader. The chart indicates main two strengths include think to win-win and seek first to understand then to be understood. I always listen and try to understand my colleagues and friends before we can come up with a conclusion as to what we want to do.
