1. There are 6 dimensions of health and wellness. The first one is Physical health which is body size and functioning. Some examples that could impact your physical health are exercising, stretching, nutrition intake, rest or sleep or even alcohol and drugs. The second one is social health which is interpersonal network and successful interaction with others. Social health involves your ability to form a satisfying interpersonal relationship with others. It also relates to your ability to adapt comfortably to different social situations and act appropriately in a variety. The third one is Intellectual health which is the ability to think clearly and make responsible decisions. I believe intellectual health is very important because this is what makes you learn from any situation that you put yourself in. The fourth one is emotional health which is the ability to express emotions and maintain a level of self-confidence. People who are mentally healthy can recover from life’s setbacks a lot easier. The fifth one is environmental and planetary health which is the appreciation of one’s external environment. The last one is Spiritual health which is people having a sense of meaning and purpose in one’s life. Having compassion, the capacity for love and forgiveness, altruism, joy, and fulfillment help you enjoy your spiritual health.
