Iraq is one of the most countries in the world that needs this kind of sustainability to build and reform the infrastructure economically and socially. But, unfortunately, the facts on the ground are quite the opposite, and these corporations got affected by the corruption that has been eroding the country for years. In this study I will try to spot the light on how these companies have been profiting in Iraq and escaping their social responsibilities, also how can the stakeholders influence the financial performance of these enterprises. I will explain about (Zain Iraq) and how it is doing a good job comparing it to other big corporations in the country. Will suggest five ways in which the primary stakeholders can influence the financial performance of the company. This report will also explain about one of the main controversial social concern associated with this company.
