It is a company that provides a variety of consumer and professional electronics including audio and video equipment. The homebase of the Sony Corporation is in Tokyo, Japan. Though Sony is consistently a leader in the industry, the company is relatively small and keeps their employee count very low relative to other companies who may be larger in staff and may be a competitor in a similar industry.
