Recently the Human Resource Management (HRM) concept and true functionality have taken their final shape in Bangladesh. The companies in Bangladesh have realized the main role of HRM as vital component in the development mechanism of any organization to achieve its targets and main objectives, and to get competitive advantage (Islam 2006) . Therefore, all HRM responsibilities , contributes are being recognized as crucial as all other organization departments (Islam 2006). These strategies mighty be costly and consume a lot of time, but any failure in one of them could mean failure to the whole business (Nazim-ud-Din, Tabassum et al. 2006). The next paragraph will discuss some of these straggles in SPL. 1.2.1 Recruitment Objectives and policies of SPL SPL aims at recruiting employees who got highly effective communions skills and dynamic people to maintain healthy business activates. CSD provides HRM with requisition form with the job post and specifications, criteria, and the reason of recruiting new employee. HRM approves the requisition and publishes an advertisement in the newspapers and job websites. After receiving CVs from applicants the selection process starts. 1.2.2 Selection Process HRM processes all received CVs and forward the positional successful names to CSD. Then HRM invites candidates for interviews and to take written exams in the presence of CSD managers. The successful candidates go under induction and probation period to assess their suitability for the job. Retention process and methods Workers and employees are the most important assets of any organization. Therefore, the retention of them is quite crucial to keep the business running smoothly.
