There are two theories that have caught my eyes since I began to study psychology, but I have never bothered to know the reasons that I am they interested me. Theories technically speaking are easy to understand but at the same time it has a huge impact on each client depending on the therapist, client, whatever they call it is unique. The first theory is the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. Fast, unique, direct to the point tool that in our rapid evolving society has become one of the favorite tools for new therapists. It can be employed in any situation like mood disorders, personality disorders, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other disorder that may be focus in behaviors that may be able to re-build in a short period of time. For instance, clients with sleep disorders may find CBT exercises helpful and probably successful in treatment for insomnia. In short words CBT combines the patient goals with another set of goals that will benefit the patient to improve his/her behavior. The back side of CBT is not suitable for every case, especially the ones with a chronic mental disorder. For instance, schizophrenia which a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental
