My Job Now and The Job of My Dreams
     Who doesn’t want the perfect job? Most people who are not happy at their current jobs are usually looking for something better. Some people look for better hours, environment, or maybe just a substantial raise. Where there are advantages in jobs, there is usually going to be at least one small disadvantage. Weighing out the options can help people make the right choices. Although we would all like to have the job of our dreams, unfortunately, it only happens to a few of us.

Whenever there is a problem that I cannot handle, he usually takes care of it. This means a lot to me, especially since he goes beyond the call of duty. Another advantage is I can usually ask off with no questions asked. Finally, my coworkers are very good people and have become like family to me. My nice manager, vacation time, and friendly coworkers make up for all the disadvantages of my job.
     I would love to be able to snap my fingers and be in the job of my dreams. Number one on my list would be to talk and work with people, but not have to deal with them all day long. I have always enjoyed working with people; however, I have worked for the public for thirteen years. I’d like to break the monotony and have a small office job for a while. In this dream job, the boss would be me! I would have my own assistant to do all of my undesirable tasks. I would work Monday through Thursday with the rest of the week off. The weekends would finally be mine. Next, my job would be by appointment only, so I could have my own time to relax. My office would have a sofa so that I could take naps on my lunch hour. There would also be a window I could open that overlooked the ocean. My paycheck would be increased to double what I make now. I could have the finer things in life. All of the luxury items I want would be available to me. Finally, My dream job would be a stress-free job!
