Having an obstacle to overcome will happen at least one time in everyone's life. The obstacles may be small, large, mental, or physical, but if you find the right people to stick with you through it, you can overcome anything. That’s what was going through my mind when I read an inspiring article about a young man named Tim Harris. While reading the article I was inspired by Tim’s work ethic and the fact that he proved that anyone can overcome anything as long as you find support. Tim’s story was inspirational to me because he lives with Down syndrome. CBS author, Steve Hartman writes “In fact, as far as we know, Tim is the only person with Down syndrome in the country who owns a restaurant” that incredible statement proves that

Everyone has different aspects of life that come with multiple obstacles. As many think they aren’t able to overcome and moving fourth, believing they will fall apart and behind everyone else. Most of mankind has experience some type of obstacles and we all have a wide arrangement on how to cope and overcome. The truth is, we only see challenges and obstacles when we take our eyes off the goal. Every goal has a challenges but once we overcome the world becomes bigger.

The many obstacles we face such as a teen pregnancy, losing a friend, and getting laid off can be hard to see the good outcomes for such horrid obstacles but in the end, the outcomes that were thrown your way may have been the best thing that's ever happened.
Most would see obstacles as a make it break moments when it’s more like a wound where your wings will grow from. Letting you fly above the rest showing those who doubted you would make it, what the wound of your obstacles fueled you to accomplish. Thus proving, that your obstacle is the dessert in your mind calling to you so can fall into it endless abyss of doubt, but how does one challenge and succeed such a beast know as adversity. Thenceforth, bringing the answer that they might alter their lifestyle to overcome what lies ahead or they might always be able to find their light even if in the bleakest world to find their strength endure even more. These might be ones different ways to sprout their wings, but every person who has ever overcome
Obstacles are imperative for feeling successful because they allow recognition of one’s weaknesses and teach one to overcome them. Furthermore, there is no such thing as success when there isn’t anything preventing it: how can I feel achieved if I have not ameliorated anything? According to Winston Churchill, "Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm." In saying that, Churchill implies that one must go through failure before they reach success. Failure is when obstacles prevent a goal from being reached, which is the end result of having a weakness. When these flaws are analyzed, taken action against, and overcame; that is true success.
“Obstacles can’t stop you. Problems can’t stop you. Most of all, other people can’t stop you. Only you can stop you.” by Jeoffrey Gitomer is one of the quotes that motivate me throughout my school years. For instance, my first year in an American school was my first steps that influence me to a great success. There was time where I faced countless obstacles, but I always overcame all the hardships because I believe that education is the only choice that fulfill my dream and lead me to success. In my first year of school, I faced many difficulties that had a great potential to stop me from reaching my dream, such language barriers and Culture shock. However, I overcame them because I believed that obstacles are made to help me become stronger and make me more
Many people choose to avoid obstacles and give up once it has appeared. However, an obstacle is more so of a test to see your willingness to continue going. Strengthening your abilities to think quickly and achieve greater outcomes.
Obstacles. Each and every individual in this world will be faced with a challenging one. Whether its a child picking out their most desired toy for his/her birthday or a grieving family member deciding the life or death of a dying loved one. Obstacles will come in all shapes and sizes, but how we overcome them defines who we truly are.
My biggest obstacle in my life was my weight. I was not going to let it defeat me as I was going to defeat it. Through hard work and dedication I was going to lose weight. This act helped me prepare for life situations and never back down from any task.
“The struggle you’re in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow”- Robert Tew. Success is getting to a good place in life, despite past obstacles. We all have a chance to be successful even though there are hardships that we may experience along the way. In the book, A Child Called It, the Netflix TV series Shameless, and the biopic All Eyez on Me each depict the lives of individuals who overcome obstacles in life. My favorite works of art, feature characters that have struggled to overcome obstacles in order to gain success.
Obstacles in life are really challenges and choices that we make, placed there to help us grow as a person. The obstacles, and how you deal with them, help to mold and shape character, then go on to help others with their obstacles. I have faced some difficult struggles, which have portrayed clearly that although sometimes one may feel alone, Hashem is always with you throughout every obstacle you may tackle. These challenges are what make us stronger in the bitachon and emunah in Hashem. When we attack an obstacle, we’re prepared for other challenges that come our way in the future.
No matter who you may be, you’re going to run into a wall that you can’t seem to find a way around. This wall may be a failed test, a bad report card, or maybe you broke your last pair of drumsticks. Whether big or small, these obstacles define who we are as people. Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a model for all who struggle, was one of the foremost practitioners of a steadfast resolve and unending perseverance. People that struggle with adversity in life can learn a thing or two from this man. In my life, I have applied this resilience against my obstacles. Now, I only hope that someone who is wondering how they can jump their own hurdles can understand it can be done.
Along the way, we may stumble upon obstacles that will come between the paths that we are destined to take. In order to follow the right path, we must overcome these obstacles. Sometimes these obstacles are really blessings in disguise, only we don't realize that at the time.
