Timber Wolf: A Short Story

One one breezy Sunday morning, Billy and his dog Ruff were on their way to a place all of Billy’s friends talked about but were all too scared to go to. This place is called Wolf Hollow. No-one even dared to step foot on Wolf Hollow’s ground after they all heard that a kid died back there. Well that was if Wolf Hollow even existed. Billy’s mom told him Wolf Hollow was all just a childhood myth, and that kid died roads away from where Wolf Hollow is supposed to be.

Akhenaten made radical changes. These radical changes led to “his characterisation as the first individual in history”. King Tut was the complete opposite. The short story “The Two Wolves” changed my life forever because it helped me learn self-control, how to find happiness, and be courageous. Prior to the story, I had a rough time coping with the death of my dog Delilah who was like a child to me. For months after her death, I went through the motions. Day by day I locked myself away from the world. I couldn’t feel the happiness, excitement, or even laugh like everyone else did, instead I was drowning in sadness.
