Each planner has a different usage. At school, you can use a paper planner or a book, because you can carry it everywhere in your book bag. At the workplace, if you are an officer and work at the cubical, you can buy a small calendar and build it on your desk so you can see what you have to do. However, you cannot carry those big planners with you to anywhere. Technologies are growing and you can use your phone as a planner, because you have to carry it everywhere. Creating a planner is not easy, because you will be frustrating with a bad planner and cannot manage your plan. You have to decide which planner will fit with your daily tasks and always remember to carry it with you. Second, you have to choose your relationship with the time. The writer said “No matter how out of control your life may seem, there are always some things that work for you in addition to the long list of things do not.”(126) Even though, you have a busy life and no way to get through, but you can find a way to sort things out at the end. You have to find what’s working on your daily tasks and do not waste a single second. Last, you have to put your plan to categories and balance it out to every day. You cannot mix everything as a same time and write which one the most important on top and other things will follow it. After write down the categories, you have to check it again to make sure things run smoothly and divide each category equal.

I can hear some moms already groaning. Time is a scarce resource for many moms. In the course of any given day, I keep wishing for more hours. However, every one of us has been given the same number of hours. It’s up to you to organize and prioritize your activities for maximum success.
We are all very busy with work and school so sometimes we forget what needs to be done in time, so the daily planner is a very useful tool that helps you remember important events. Every day I update something new on my planner that would keep me updated for the upcoming week or month. For example, when it comes to my studies I have a special section for it and I always put a writing “study an hour in am and pm for English” to look over the materials on the given chapter. It is a great way not to fall behind on your studies and you are much better prepared when it comes on taking the chapter exam. When it comes to work I put the days and hours that I work a head of time so I can be able to figure out the time I have left to spend with my family and time for studying. As I mention before, family time is very important to me so I mostly put on my planer simple family stuff such us having dinner in a certain time, days of going out, or doing different chores, enrolling my son into daily or weekly activities, shopping, or family trips.

Many people spend their days in a frenzy of activity but achieve very little because they are not concentrating on the right things. Time management has been both not an issue for me and also a very big problem that I have been trying to work on through this semester. This is currently my 3rd semester in college but by far it has been the hardest. I decided that I wanted to ease myself back into school this year after not having a good spring semester last year. I only have 14 credits, but some of those are 1 credit courses for choir ensembles that we learn so much music in and also had a lot of gigs lined up I also knew that I would have to work for a good amount of time from my week I just didn’t know exactly how much because I didn’t know how much money I would need. Well after discovering that I would have to completely pay for all of my own bills out here while going to school I started working on average 35 hours a week for half of September, all month in October, and half of November. I was working so much and I just felt so stressed out. Sometimes I just had to stop doing everything and relax by playing video games or hanging out with people on the occasional day off during the week I would get. I was barely keeping up with everything and I didn’t feel happy at all. I never once felt a release from any of the stressors I was facing and I always felt so behind on work. I felt like I just had to choose which class was my priority for the moment and just focus on that project or study for the midterm that’s coming up that week. Now,
