Time management is a vital part of completing goals. In order to effectively complete projects, one must learn to perfect the art of managing time. It is fairly easy for one to allot his or her time towards insignificant areas. We often times tend to focus on smaller unimportant task rather than larger more important ones. This paper will detail my plan to effectively execute time management as it relates to work and the pursuit of my masters degree.

Organization and time go hand in hand. One simply cannot be organized without having some time of time management skills. For example, those who procrastinate are very unorganized individuals. These are the types who wait until the last minute to execute projects that were assigned months or weeks prior to the deadline. Such practices do not only produce poor results but may also lead to ones stress. Feeling overwhelmed with a situation or circumstances creates stress. Not only is stress physically unhealthy, it is mentally unhealthy as well. God does not want us stressed out nor worried about anything. Thus, why would we put ourselves in intentional positions of stress? Creating a structured plan that distributes time at a proportionate rate would help minimize the likelihood of unnecessary stress factors. Our readings introduced us to psychological hardiness and how mastering three simple steps can help one-tackle stressful situations. Challenge, control, and commitment are the three steps required to help individuals push through hard times. Avoiding difficult task is the method practiced by the majority of people facing difficulty. Instead of avoiding the issue, one should see them as a challenge that simply needs to be resolved. Next, one must take control of the situation. Instead of panicking, one should display optimism in discovering a solution. A positive outlook on the issue will
We always hear people speaking about time management and importance of it. Time management is allocation of time according to importance of work. In another words, allocation of the right quantity of time to the right work is time management. In order to find out the effects that can have the time management on the other variables especially the stress level of peoples, some major studies from 1990 to 2010 have been reviewed.
There are many roadblocks to successful time management. Three of the biggest time squeezers are family, work, and school. Managing all these things actually begins with prioritizing. You must first focus on getting organized. You can make your life a lot easier by defining where and when everything is. As a result, you will avoid becoming overwhelmed.
Reflecting on time management is important due to the service users well-being and so Bach and Ellis (2011) have mentioned that in order to progress further, I need to achieve time framed tasks, valuing the importance of time is vital to developing better time management. Leading me to build confidence gradually and this also helps me work well within a team. Partaking in small group meetings to encourage my communication, linking theory to practice, also thinking before speaking, positive attitude with good breathing techniques will assist in better confidence within myself for future in practice and in university.

Time management is an important skill to use while in graduate school. There can be many distractions and other responsibilities a student has they must balance school, personal and professional responsibilities. Time management is a lifesaver for college students. After reading the skills taught in time management module and presentation, I choose to plan my day by properly managing time which is benefitting me greatly. One of the major step to make time management effective is to develop a time strategy. I developed the time strategy based on a short list of time priorities.
