Compost bins are ugly to look at although it would be possible to create a natural compost area using timber within the garden space, beneficial for grass cuttings, vegetable peelings and such like.
Many things that all biodegradable and up in landfills the things that take years to decompose. Such as plastic, glass, metals! etc. This problem can be solved by me, with help, using $1000. When people throw away certain things, they don't know that many of those items are organic matter that can be decomposed. When you gather these organic and biodegradable items into a band, they decompose. This is called composting. The mixture inside the bin is called compost.this compost can be used as fertilizer and can help condition land. Things like fresh grass clippings, flowers, vegetable and fruit feelings such as potatoes and orange peelings, vegetable crop residue such as potatoes and tomato plants, herbivore manure, such as horse, cow, and rabbit,
Paper products are frequently wasted at home and at work. Discarded newspapers and old grocery bags is one example of wasted paper. The solution to saving paper is easy just take all of your old paper products to a local recycling center. Another piece of thrash that is wasted often is glass. Old pickle jars, mayonnaise jars, and jelly jars are thrown away carelessly in the trash when they can easily be washed and reused or recycled. The last piece of garbage that is frequently wasted is plastic. Plastic is wasted very often in milk cartons, soda bottles, and most other containers. Plastic is probably the most wasted thing that we use. Ether washing or reusing can easily conserve plastic. You can also recycle plastic like the other two things. Wasting of glass, paper, and plastic can be prevented if people would take the time to recycle.

In 2016, Americans elected a new President, Donald Trump. During his campaign, candidate Trump made several promises about the EPA. One of Donald Trump’s campaign promises that I read on www.washingtonpost.com, “the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) might disappear,” reminded me of the “Love Canal” scandal. As a student of biology and geology and a future scientist, the idea that government agencies would no longer assist with the protection of the environment, which includes politicians, was astonishing. According to an Executive Order signed by President Trump and posted on www.epa.gov, the “2015 Clean Water Rule” that protected streams and oceans from environment pollutants was rescinded (2017). The reason the quote by candidate Trump and the executive order by President Trump has any relevance is because these same actions could impact pre-1991 landfills. Landfills built before the 1991 regulations were not required to install barriers that protect the groundwater from carcinogens. There are chemicals that the EPA has determined to cause cancers and presently exist in landfills. Landfills built before 1991 are not required to protect any humans, wildlife or plants, or water from toxins and the new EPA administrator, Scott Pruitt could decide the current regulations are too
Recycling is an important thing to do. The average American throws out atleast 4 pounds of trash everyday, and only recycles about a third of that trash. Those pounds all add up to ridiculous ammounts, harming the earth and filling up the landfills very quickly. It may cost money to start up the recycling process, but researchshows that 500 million dollars can be made just by selling recycled materials.
You can recycle almost anything. Anything made of paper, plastic, metal, or glass can be recycled. Most cities have their own recycling plant, along with recycle bins that they collect a certain day of the week. In Mexico, Missouri, there are nine recycling locations. We collect metal cans, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, plastic containers, plastic bags, anything paper, windowed envelopes, post-it notes, and cardboard. We do not collect

Most everyone has been taught that recycling is a good thing. However, this general knowledge often isn't enough to drive people to sort their garbage and separate out what can be recycled. It all gets thrown in the trash, except for odd items like old electronics, which sit and collect dust in the corner. The experts at M & R Recycling in Loveland believe you should reconsider that practice.
I was watching TV just like a normal 11 year old would, my mom was cooking, and my dad was doing yard work. Mom realized that the trash can was full, so she called me over to go and take the trash out. The show was almost over but my mom did not care. “Kinsey!” Mom shouted, “You need to take out the trash!”
A simple chore: “take out the trash”. Take the trash bag full of junk, place it in the bin, and let it sit till it's taken away. Now try to picture doing this with the junk in your brain, complicated huh? Reality is, you could never fit all the trash you have ever owned into one trash bag. Our brain is just the same, one trash bag will not fix the full garage of junk we have in our brain. The problem we face as humans are how we compare taking out the literal trash and mental trash. That single trash bag isn’t all the trash we have stored in our minds. The first bag of trash is only the light layer upon layers underneath. One thing that strikes my brain while visualizing trash being taken out is, we wait until it’s taken away! We are waiting for someone else to pick up our own garbage and take it. It takes years and hard work to empty your trash on a daily basis. In my personal experience, taking out the trash is no easy task.
Household solid and liquid waste consists of unwanted rubbish, such as inorganic and organic products. For instance, not only disposal of unwanted inorganic products derives from fabric, glass, paper, plastic, metal materials and hazardous waste, but also food scraps and garden debris
