Conflict management avoids conflicts to a great extent and thus also reduces the stress and tensions of the employees. No one likes to carry his tensions back home and if you fight with your colleagues and other people, you are bound to feel uncomfortable and restless even at home.
Conflict management also plays an important role in our personal lives. Tussles and fights spoil relationships and only increase our list of enemies. Everyone needs friends who will stand by us when we need them. Conflict must be avoided at homes as it spoils the ambience and spreads negativity. Individuals tend to disrespect others as a result of conflicts. Conflict management prevents fall out between family members, friends, relatives and makes life peaceful and stress free. Blame game never helps anyone, instead it makes life miserable. No idea can ever be implemented if the individuals fight among themselves.
Conflict management helps to find a middle way, an alternative to any problem and successful implementation of the idea. Problems must be addressed at the right time to prevent conflict and its adverse effects at a later stage. Through conflict management skills, an individual explores all the possible reasons to worry which might later lead to a big problem and tries to resolve it as soon as possible.

This class will help me understand the training and development in details within an organizational setting. We all do some kind of training and development in our day today life and understanding this aspect will make me understand the dynamics of organization and their people in a better way.

Some people may think that a dystopia is only in books and has never happened or will never happen. Those people are wrong; dystopian societies are all around us in countries who are controlled by one ruler and have no rites like Cuba and North Korea. Nazi Germany was also a dystopia and had a lot of the dystopian themes like chaos, destruction, censorship, and a bad quality of life. In The Book Thief, Markus Zusak shows us chaos in his use of metaphors, Kristallnacht as rising action, and the symbol of a graveyard.
Each skill is examined and shown how the program transfers knowledge of the skill to the student. One of the recurring items is the major assignments that the students must complete the projects more than the instruction itself is what students learn the most from. I also noticed that more time is spent on teaching communication to students than any other skill in the handout.
Keeping this point in mind, it is highly recommendable that one must adopt positive and constructive attitude towards conflict and must see them as challenges for them that will test their might and knowledge

Training transfer means that learners are able to “transfer” their knowledge and skills learned in a training session back to their jobs. The importance of training transfer cannot be overemphasized. Organizations spend billions of dollars each year on training, yet only a fraction of that investment results in improved performance if training transfer is not supported by stakeholders (i.e. any individual or group that has a “stake” in the transfer of training). These include managers, peers, customers and the employer.
